Some of our events such as tournaments offer monetary rewards to the winner or winners of that event. If you win one of our tournaments and we wish to send you a reward, we may ask you for a valid mailing address. In the event private information is requested from you by one of our staff officials please note that you are not obligated to share such information at all. The sharing of your private information such as a mailing address is completely voluntary.

Know that Feminine Divinity will never sell or give out your private information to any third parties or inquiring minds. You're safety is our top priority.

Your private information will never be stored or saved at all by any of us. Ever.

By choosing to give us your private information you choose to do so of your own free will with the understanding that we will never use it in a manner you do not insist upon.

Never under any circumstances give out your private information to anyone, even if they claim to be us or you are reasonably sure it is us.

If you win a tournament with a reward, the Event Administrator of that tournament will pass along a 4-digit security code to you via private message inside of the game. We will request your information via email strictly by the admin@FeminineDivinity.net secure email server using that exact 4-digit security code so you can be sure it is us requesting the information!

Do not give your information to us, even if you believe we are asking, by any other method including but not all inclusive to other personal email addresses, instant messaging software, private forum messages, or private game whispers.

If anyone asks you for your information not through the above stated secure email address please inform us immediately. Above all else, never give out your information to anyone if you even have the slightest doubt in your mind about their true intentions.
