Using colors in your chat To use colors in your chat you need to use the backslash \ followed by the pound symbol or number sign if you'd prefer. After that you can use the numbers 1-9 or letters A-F for specific colors. Here's the listing of the Colors as they appear within the chat pane 1- This Color is standard black; Hexidecimal code is #000000 A- This Color, Hexidecimal code is #80FFFF So for example if I wanted to say hello to everyone in a green color such as number 4 above (default for outfit chat) I would type: \#4Hello everyone! The message would display as Hello everyone! It is good practice to use the chat command to identify You can mix and match color commands with other commands as well. So if you wanted to make a colored Macro saying "Hello everyone!" you can use the macro command combined with the chat color commands. For example: /Macro Hi \#DHello \#8everyone! Feel free to play around with different combinations, some of them work very well together. Using colors in your squad listing or outfit MOTD Using the colors for your squad listings and MOTD is simple also, the only difficult thing is that you need to know the hexidecimal code of the color you want. To use colors, type the backslash \ followed by the pound symbol or number sign if you prefer, followed by the hexidecimal code you wish to use. So using the code \#FF8899Feminine Divinity Baby will display the message Feminine Divinity Baby in your MOTD or Squad pane.
